What do we do? Similarly to other manufacturing companies, various service and support functions assist the operational work at Aeroplex, including HR, Finance, IT, Sales, Training and Development, and Procurement, among others. The support functions primarily involve office-based roles.

HR

HR

The HR department supports the organization with all labor, employee benefits, and administrative matters, and is available to colleagues during business hours. We are responsible for finding the best candidates for open positions, developing new employee programs, and benefits. Our Training and Development team organizes both external and internal training. Additionally, we manage the internal communication network and organize company events.

Sales

SALES

Our main task is to fill the hangar with aircraft and profitable orders, while establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with international partners (airlines, aircraft leasing companies). In our daily work, we prepare commercial offers, sign contracts, keeping in mind the set sales goals and strategy, as well as the available capacities.

Finance

FINANCE

The Finance Department handles the registration, accounting, and payment of incoming invoices. We also manage customer invoices, taking care of their accounting and collection. We assist other departments with any financial-related matters, whether it's reviewing contracts or explaining tax implications. We are responsible for preparing reports on the company's performance, providing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements. Additionally, we manage currency exchange risks.

Procurement

PROCUREMENT

The logistics department is responsible for ensuring that the materials and tools required for the company's operations are available at the right time and the right place. Within this, the Procurement team is responsible for acquiring the materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the company's operation, as well as ensuring the timely delivery of goods, the ordering of services, and managing tenders.

Quality Assurance

QUALITY ASSURANCE

We are responsible for maintaining and reviewing the legal and safe operation of ACE, which includes occupational health, fire, and environmental protection (EHS), as well as the operation of the SMS (Safety Management System). Additionally, we oversee the calibration laboratory and the certification of the airworthiness of aircraft undergoing maintenance in the hangar (CRS). Our goal is to ensure continuous improvement while meeting both customer and regulatory requirements.

IT

IT

We support our employees by perfecting, developing, and maintaining the company’s IT systems and infrastructure under all circumstances. In addition to ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of servers, networks, and applications used by employees, we also assist our colleagues with IT-related questions.
