Your Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of aircraft parts, materials using all available strategic and operational procurement tools
  • Liaising with partners in case of AOG and critical aircraft material requirements
  • Coordination of the entire logistics process (export – import, external and internal)
  • Seamless cooperation with the maintenance or procurement department of the partner (airline) in order to support daily operational activities
  • Preparation of quotations for customers (ad-hoc sales, surplus inventory sales)
  • Support in the management of AOG requirements for aircraft under base maintenance
  • Ensuring continuous communication and information flow between partners and responsible departments
  • Complaint management
