Your Tasks Will Be:

  • Leading the Safety & Compliance team, providing professional support, development, and performance evaluation of team members
  • Supporting company management in safety and compliance matters; regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Strengthening the corporate safety culture and promoting risk-based thinking at all levels
  • Participating in defining and implementing the organization’s Safety and Compliance objectives
  • Continuously monitoring regulatory and industry changes and managing their integration into company procedures
  • Operating, continuously improving, and auditing the quality management system in accordance with EN 9100 and EASA Part-145
  • Planning, organizing, and conducting internal and external audits (including regulatory audits)
  • Developing audit programs and preparing the annual audit plan based on risk factors
  • Managing, operating, and continuously improving the company’s Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Supervising safety events, deviations, hazard identifications, and risk analyses
  • Overseeing the issuance of Safety Bulletins
  • Defining, measuring, and reporting safety performance indicators (Safety KPIs)
  • Handling and investigating customer complaints and coordinating corrective actions
  • Supervising supplier evaluations
  • Managing change processes
  • Overseeing the issuance, validity, and compliance of company authorizations and personnel certifications

 

What We Expect from You:

  • University degree in engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, quality assurance, or safety compliance
  • Experience in organizing and conducting audits and managing non-conformities
  • Ability to measure and analyze safety performance
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Problem-solving skills

 

It is an Advantage:

  • Degree in aeronautical engineering or quality management
  • Knowledge of EN 9100 / ISO 9001 standards
