Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify, clarify, and document business and development requirements related to the company’s operations
  • Analyze existing processes, system usage, and operational gaps; prepare improvement proposals
  • Translate development needs into business and functional requirements
  • Create functional specifications, user requirements, process descriptions, and related documentation
  • Support collaboration between business units, project management, IT operations, system integrators, and external development partners
  • Identify dependencies, gaps, and open points related to development requests
  • Participate in the preparation, testing, business validation, and rollout support of system developments
  • Manage change requests, business expectations, and user feedback in a structured manner
  • Provide the project teams with the necessary business information and decision-making inputs required for system development

What We Expect From You:

  • University degree in economics, finance, IT, or engineering
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Knowledge of business process modeling (e.g. BPMN, UML)
  • Experience in agile (Scrum) and/or traditional project management environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office, Jira, Confluence, or other business and project management tools
  • Active intermediate English proficiency (confident use in speaking and writing)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in MRO, aviation, manufacturing, or other regulated environments
  • Experience with ERP, maintenance, logistics, or workflow systems
  • Experience working with external development partners or system integrators
  • Knowledge of IBM MXM, Libra, SF, Abux, or similar enterprise systems
