Your Responsibilities:

  • Full management of the procurement of materials, products, assets, and services necessary for the company's operations
  • Actively participating in verifying supplier invoices and cost allocatio
  • Evaluating and developing suppliers
  • Daily communication with suppliers (e-mail, phone)
  • Participating in data provision for supervisory authorities
  • Continuously tracking and keeping up-to-date with ongoing requirements and orders
  • Ongoing communication with internal departments, and when necessary, with airline local representatives (in English and Hungarian)
  • Recording and processing requirements, requesting quotes, competitive bidding, ordering, and performing associated administrative tasks
  • Coordinating logistics tasks related to orders (external - internal)
  • Performing daily operational procurement tasks, operating the ordering process, and preparing procurement documents
  • Managing POs and invoices
  • Preparing reports and statements for the procurement group leader
  • Handling complaints
  • Checking the jurisdiction and formality of procurement requests from related departments
  • Customs administration

What We Expect From You:

  • University degree
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel)
  • Persuasive, agile personality
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proactive, cooperative, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Active intermediate English proficiency (confident use in speaking and writing)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry experience
