Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and coordination of the issuance of CRS (Certificate of Release to Service) documents for aircraft following hangar maintenance activities.
  • Issuance of MCF (Maintenance Check Flight) and PTF (Permit to Fly) type CRS documents in accordance with current regulations.
  • Planning and directing the daily work of CRS issuers
  • Participation in meetings related to CRS, representing the area in case of technical or regulatory issues during the CRS issuance process.
  • Professional and formal review and approval of CRS documents in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on new procedures and instructions.
  • Close cooperation with related departments, especially with Production Line Managers and Check Supervisors.

What We Expect From You:

  • Experience in aircraft maintenance, particularly in the field of CRS issuance.
  • Confident knowledge of the EASA Part-145 regulations and the related regulatory environment.
  • Active technical English language knowledge
  • Responsible attitude towards the professional issuance of CRS documents, with full compliance to aviation safety and regulations.
  • Practical mindset, strong situational awareness, and decision-making skills in a high-pressure technical environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a leadership approach.
  • Proficiency in handling technical documentation, statements, and process descriptions.
  • Commitment to high-quality professional work and adherence to safety standards.
