Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing new benefits programs to enhance employees' total compensation
  • Conducting market research to evaluate the competitiveness of salaries
  • Designing, regularly reviewing, and analyzing compensation strategies
  • Participating in job evaluation and classification processes
  • Aligning compensation programs with recruitment strategies
  • Supporting the implementation of the Performance Evaluation System (PES)
  • Active participation in HR digital transformation projects
  • Preparing reports and summaries

What We Expect From You:

  • Higher education degree in Economics, Finance, or HR)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in operating the HAY system
  • Solid knowledge of legal regulations
  • Proficient English language skills in speaking and writing
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Project-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with the implementation and/or administration of the HAY system
  • Hands-on experience with the implementation and/or administration of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in HR controlling
