Your Responsibilities:

  • In cooperation with the Head of Line Maintenance, leading and supervising line maintenance activities, including maintenance planning and production control
  • Organizing and managing line maintenance activities of contracted aircraft while ensuring optimal use of available tools and workforce
  • Supervising the work of subordinate managers (shift leaders, line coordinators, and coordinating the work of the training coordinator)
  • Ensuring the availability of the workforce and equipment required to perform line maintenance activities
  • Monitoring performance and efficiency metrics of the managed area
  • Analyzing company performance data using the corporate management system database
  • Participating in company projects related to the line maintenance area
  • Participating in the preparation of the company’s financial plan
  • Handling customer complaints

What We Expect From You:

  • Relevant engineering or technical qualification (aircraft mechanic or maintenance engineer certification)
  •  5 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position – Line Maintenance
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices including knowledge of human factors principles
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Negotiation-level English language skills
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
