Your Responsibilities:

  • Performing operational management tasks for a Group of EHS Engineers, Technicians and Fire Protection Specialists, such as work organization, budget planning, project status monitoring, invoice verification, etc.)
  • Planning internal and external audits, Representing EHS & Sustainability in company audits
  • Participation in the preparation of EHS & Sustainability information material
  • Development or professional support of change management processes affecting EHS & Sustainability
  • Actively contributing to the definition and achievement of EHS and ESG goals
  • Developing a framework to support ESG and Sustainability audits
  • Keeping the EcoVadis rating system up to date and monitoring CAP
  • Preparation of a sustainability report (if required)
  • Preparation of reports and statements related to sustainability
  • Organizational development related to sustainability (ESG, CSRD), collection of information necessary to ensure reporting, customer and supplier data requirements
  • Liaising with authorities, representing the company on ESG and EHS topics
  • Active participation in the preparation of the introduction of ISO 14001 and 45001
  • Developing a corporate safety and sustainability culture

What We Expect From You:

  • Advanced degree [minimum BSc or equivalent] in engineering or environmental science
  • Minimum intermediate occupational safety qualification
  • At least 8 years of experience in EHS or 3 years in Sustainability
  • At least 3 years of team leadership experience
  • Experience in developing regulatory frameworks based on procedures, policies and management systems
  • Ability to measure and analyze performance
  • Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Communication and decision-making skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • "B" Driving license
