Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support the company’s workforce needs, ensuring adequate external staffing across all areas
- Maintain continuous communication and collaboration with student organizations and external recruitment partners
- Manage smooth onboarding processes, including system administration, organizing first working days, and welcoming new hires
- Support the day-to-day experience of students and external staff – managing access cards, parking, work permits, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate accommodation and transfer arrangements for contractors during the high season
- Operate and coordinate the mentorship program to support the integration of new colleagues
- Handle and allocate partner invoices and perform related financial administration
- Keep the parking system up to date and manage related administrative duties
- Take part in various HR projects and initiatives
What We Expect From You:
- Higher education degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Active, business-proficient English skills in both written and spoken communication.
- Proactive, confident, and solution-oriented personality
- High attention to detail, practical mindset, and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
