
IT Operations Team Leader

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service strategies and operational plans
- Establish, enforce, and regularly review Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Propose process improvements and service development initiatives
- Measure, analyze, and report on KPIs and service quality indicators
- Coordinate the introduction of new services (service design, handover processes)
- Use and support the development of service management systems
- Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to maintain high service standards
- Plan and monitor the service budget, support cost optimization initiatives
- Oversee daily service operations, handle incidents and problems, and manage escalation processes
What We Expect From You:
- University degree in IT, economics, or engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in service management or IT operations
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks (certification is an advantage)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Confident command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office and ITSM systems
- 1–2 years of experience in team leadership
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a leadership approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in projectmanagement
