Your Responsibilities:
- Operating, supporting, and documenting infrastructure and Windows systems
- Resolving and handling reports and incidents from internal clients in the ticketing system
- Preparing system plans, system documentation, and operational descriptions
- Participating in incident management and change management processes
- Actively contributing to IT projects
- Developing and supporting the existing IT infrastructure
- Taking part in the implementation of new methods and technologies
What We Expect From You:
- Secondary vocational qualification
- At least 3–5 years of experience in managing MS infrastructure
- Confident knowledge in the following areas: MS Office 365, Windows desktop/server environment, networks, workstations, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- Basic knowledge of networking and information security
- Actively contributing to IT projects
- Basic English language skills
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and open attitude toward learning new things
- Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service
