Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full procurement process of materials, products, assets, and services required for the company’s operations
  • Maintaining daily communication with suppliers (via e-mail, phone)
  • Continuously monitoring and updating ongoing requests and orders
  • Regular communication with internal departments and, when necessary, with local airline representatives (in English and Hungarian)
  • Registering and processing requests, requesting quotations, running tenders, placing orders, and completing related administrative tasks
  • Coordinating logistics tasks related to orders (internal and external)
  • Performing daily operational procurement tasks, managing the ordering process, and preparing procurement documents
  • Actively participating in the verification and cost allocation of supplier invoices
  • Evaluating and developing suppliers
  • Handling purchase orders (POs) and invoices
  • Reviewing procurement requests from other departments for compliance and eligibility
  • Preparing reports and statements for the Procurement Team Leader
  • Handling claims and complaints
  • Preparing reports and analyses for the management
  • Assisting in preparing data submissions to supervisory authorities
  • Coordination and follow-up of potential customs matters

What We Expect From You:

  • Higher education degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Active intermediate English proficiency (confident use in speaking and writing)
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Agility
