Lead Mechanic
Budapest, HU, 1185
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervision of unlicensed aircraft maintenance personnel assigned to the production line
- Close cooperation with the Lead Engineer during task allocation and in defining capacity needs (at least two days in advance)
- Oversight, guidance, and accountability for daily routine maintenance tasks (such as panel opening/closing, lubrication, floor panel removal/installation, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with aviation safety regulations and enforcing adherence among the team
- Compliance with company procedures, regulations, and current maintenance processes, with particular focus on workplace organization (5S), quality and safety requirements, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Monitoring the time frames allocated to daily maintenance tasks
- Incident reporting and support during investigations
- Supporting project closure at the end of the maintenance input, including technical support until aircraft departure and handling of maintenance documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
- ATA 104 / Level III type training on one of the aircraft types maintained by the company
