Learning and development intern

Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of corporate e-learning materials
- Support the planning, organization, and coordination of training sessions and employee development programs. Ensure end-to-end training administration, including documentation and system-related tasks
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and coordinate with external training providers as required
What We Expect From You:
- Ongoing higher education studies in Human Resources, Business/Economics, or Education
- Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Active intermediate English proficiency (confident use in speaking and writing)
- Confident user-level knowledge of MS Office applications
- High-quality, precise, and independent work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in training coordination or participation in training programs
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms (e.g. Learning Management Systems) and digital learning materials
- Basic graphic design or content editing skills (e.g. Canva)
