
Logistics Customer Service Representative

Your Responsibilities:
- Maintaining communication with airline representatives (clients) regarding material requirements arising during aircraft maintenance
- Ensuring the flow of information between related departments and the client concerning material flow and logistics issues
- Coordinating with internal departments regarding material flow, collecting and managing information on the status of aircraft parts movement, and informing clients (in English)
- Tracking the movement of materials (from receipt to issuance and return)
- Maintaining and managing databases
What We Expect From You:
- Active intermediate English proficiency (confident use in speaking and writing)
- Secondary education
- Confident knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
- Precision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification (logistics or aviation-related)
- Professional experience in a similar industry
