Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining communication with airline representatives (clients) regarding material requirements arising during aircraft maintenance
  • Ensuring the flow of information between related departments and the client concerning material flow and logistics issues
  • Coordinating with internal departments regarding material flow, collecting and managing information on the status of aircraft parts movement, and informing clients (in English)
  • Tracking the movement of materials (from receipt to issuance and return)
  • Maintaining and managing databases

What We Expect From You:

  • Active intermediate English proficiency (confident use in speaking and writing)
  • Secondary education
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
  • Precision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification (logistics or aviation-related)
  • Professional experience in a similar industry
  • Technical affinity
