Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing the complete procurement process of materials and spare parts required during aircraft maintenance (requesting quotations, tendering, ordering, and related administrative tasks)
  • Maintaining daily contact with suppliers
  • Summarizing logistics/procurement costs incurred during maintenance
  • Continuous communication with internal departments as well as with airline representatives (in both English and Hungarian)
  • Coordinating all logistics activities
  • Managing claims and complaints
  • Preparing reports for management and airline representatives
  • Handling customs clearance
  • Evaluating and developing suppliers

What We Expect From You:

  • Secondary education
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (logistics, foreign trade, freight forwarding, etc.)
  • Active intermediate English proficiency (confident use in speaking and writing)
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills, independence, accuracy, and a proactive attitude
  • Adaptability and flexibility in work
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
