
Logistics coordinator

Your Responsibilities:
- Managing the complete procurement process of materials and spare parts required during aircraft maintenance (requesting quotations, tendering, ordering, and related administrative tasks)
- Maintaining daily contact with suppliers
- Summarizing logistics/procurement costs incurred during maintenance
- Continuous communication with internal departments as well as with airline representatives (in both English and Hungarian)
- Coordinating all logistics activities
- Managing claims and complaints
- Preparing reports for management and airline representatives
- Handling customs clearance
- Evaluating and developing suppliers
What We Expect From You:
- Secondary education
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (logistics, foreign trade, freight forwarding, etc.)
- Active intermediate English proficiency (confident use in speaking and writing)
- User-level knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills, independence, accuracy, and a proactive attitude
- Adaptability and flexibility in work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
