Your Responsibilities:
- Supervision, oversight, and accountability of daily maintenance tasks.
- Continuous communication with Project Coordinators, Production Line Managers, and related departments.
- Liaising with the contracted airline.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate procedures, regulations, and current maintenance processes in accordance with quality and occupational safety standards.
- Monitoring and updating project-related tasks.
What We Expect From You:
- Aircraft Maintenance Technician and/or Instrument Technician qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the aviation industry (in a technical position.)
- ATA 104 / Level III type knowledge for one of the aircraft types maintained by the company
- Active, business-proficient English skills in both written and spoken communication.
- Excellent organizational skills, independence, accuracy, and a proactive attitude
