Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the planning, execution, and resource allocation for aircraft maintenance
  • Acting as the “Single Point of Contact” (SPoC) for the customer (airlines) regarding maintenance, incoming AOG requests, and ad-hoc tasks
  • Maintaining communication and collaboration with related departments (STR, CMP, NDT, engineering services, and the Logistics Center)
  • Representing the company at airline conference meetings and summarizing operational issues related to completed tasks
  • Performing related administrative duties

What We Expect From You:

  • Secondary education
  • Active, business-proficient English skills in both written and spoken communication.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Independent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Agile and proactive attitude
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in aircraft maintenance
  • A320 Level III training, professional license
