Your Responsibilities:

  • Registering items received by the logistics group
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the work area, asset protection, and safeguarding
  • Systematic filing of documents related to activities
  • Calculating packaging costs
  • Requesting freight quotes
  • Preparing shipping documents (CMR, packing list, invoice)
  • Communication with related departments and foreign customers
  • Organizing and performing loading
  • Preparing aircraft parts, equipment, aviation tools, hazardous goods (e.g., batteries, emergency slides, oxygen cylinders, fire extinguishers) for shipment, proper packaging
  • Handling aircraft equipment repair-related matters (ordering repairs, tracking progress, maintaining records of equipment under repair)
  • Searching for and selecting optimal aircraft equipment repair bases based on received quotes
  • Preparing customs authorizations

What We Expect From You:

  • Secondary education
  • Proficient English language skills in speaking and writing
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of commercial, transportation, warehousing, and packaging processes
  • Experience in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
