Strategic Procurement Team Leader

Your Responsibilities:
- Professional management and development of the strategic procurement function (direct and indirect)
- Leading, supporting, and developing the procurement team
- Supervising the timely procurement of materials, components, equipment, and services required for production
- Developing procurement strategies, annual plans, and improvement proposals
- Conducting competitive bidding processes, tenders, price negotiations, and concluding framework agreements
- Continuous optimization of procurement processes and systems
- Managing, evaluating, and developing suppliers, and maintaining strong relationships with partners
- Preparing reports and analyses for the management
- Contributing to the development of the procurement modules of the ERP system
- Approving supplier invoices
What We Expect From You:
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, including a minimum of 2 years in a team leader position
- Higher education degree
- Active, business-proficient English skills in both written and spoken communication.
- Cooperation skills, teamwork
- Persuasive, agile personality
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the aviation industry
- Experience in maintenance or manufacturing environments
