Your Responsibilities:

  • Mapping and analyzing relationships, interfaces, and data flows between systems supporting the company’s operations
  • Interpreting and structuring business and IT development requirements from a technical perspective, and breaking them down into feasible development packages
  • Supporting professional consultations with external development partners and software vendors; reviewing and evaluating proposed technical solutions
  • Exploring system connectivity, interface, and integration options, and making recommendations on the optimal implementation approach
  • Providing technical support to IT Business Analysts, PMO / project management, and IT operations during the preparation and execution of development initiatives
  • Identifying technical dependencies, risks, and feasibility aspects related to development requirements
  • Preparing technical specifications, system interface descriptions, and related documentation
  • Participating in the support of the rollout of development and integration solutions, including identifying and resolving related issues
  • Cooperating with internal stakeholders to clarify and improve system integrations required for business operation

What We Expect From You:

  • University degree in IT or engineering, or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in system integration, application support, technical analysis, or a similar role
  • Experience in understanding applications, interfaces, data connections, and system dependencies
  • Strong general technical insight within an enterprise system environment
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and development tasks
  • Structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive, cooperative, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Accuracy, precision, ethical behavior
  • Confident professional-level English, both spoken and written)
