Your Tasks Will Be:
- Introducing improvements for new products, developing, and implementing the repair process.
- Conducting feasibility and return-on-investment (ROI) analyses related to product launches and communicating findings to management.
- Introducing new technological processes and developing proposals for new technologies and their procurement.
- Analyzing, optimizing, improving, and monitoring existing repair processes.
- Collaborating with suppliers and overseeing them during product launches.
- Coordinating product development project steps and maintaining communication with relevant departments.
- Preparing and updating the necessary technical documentation for product development.
- Reviewing maintenance documentation for machines requiring servicing, developing, implementing, and updating maintenance programs.
- Reviewing and continuously updating the standard system.
- Supporting the business unit manager in quality-related matters (audit reports).
- Preparing training materials and conducting training sessions.
What We Expect from You:
- Higher education degree in a relevant field (Process Engineering or a similar manufacturing technology-focused qualification).
- Knowledge of project management and project management methodologies.
- Active, business-proficient English skills in both written and spoken communication.
- Structured and compliance-oriented documentation management.
- Confident knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Analytical thinking and a systematic approach.
It is an Advantage:
- ATA 104 / Level IV–V authorization for one of the equipment types maintained by the Company
