Your Responsibilities:
- Active support in recruitment and selection
- Managing job posts, prescreening candidates and organising interviews
- Sourcing candidates from databases and recruitment platforms
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Providing organizational and administrative support for project-related tasks
- Other administrative duties
What We Expect From You:
- Active full-time student status for at least one more year
- Ongoing studies in Economics or Human Resources
- Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
- High-quality, precise, and independent work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient English language skills in speaking and writing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors system
